Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Chromesthesia, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Chromesthesia provides synesthesia-training exercises and an audio-reactive visualizer. It is an educational wellness tool, not a medical device, and makes no clinical or diagnostic claims. Results vary from person to person.

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to consent to processing in your jurisdiction (at least 13).

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After it ends, continued access to the training app requires an active Pro subscription, billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.

Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Chromesthesia is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
